About Us

I started Vaca Chips because I’ve always loved chips and salsa — nothing hits like a big steak with some chips on the side.

But I also care about eating healthy, and most of the chips at the store are fried in seed oils.

The so-called “healthy” ones taste like diet food — bland and boring.

There are a couple tallow-fried brands out there, but none had the flavor or the vibe I knew a real beef tallow chip could bring.

So I made my own — a taquería-style chip, fried in real beef tallow, with bold flavor and the perfect crunch.

We think it’s the best chip on the planet. We can't wait for you to try them.
