How It's Made

Each sign is handmade from energy-efficient LED neon flex tubing mounted on an acrylic backing. LED neon stays cool to the touch, doesn't buzz, and has no fragile glass — safe for homes, businesses, and events, with a lifespan of 50,000+ hours.

Sizes

Made to order in a wide range of sizes, from small decorative signs around 12–18 inches up to large statement pieces up to 120 inches. The size you need depends on your text length and where you're mounting it — measure your space and we'll match the sign to it.

Colors

Choose from a wide range of LED neon colors: warm white, cool white, red, pink, light pink, orange, yellow, gold, green, blue, ice blue, and purple. RGB color-changing is also available, along with custom color matching.

Backing

Mounted on 6 mm acrylic backing in clear, black, or white, with custom-cut options: cut to shape, cut to the letter, or a square/rectangular board.

Power

Runs on a certified 12V adapter for safe, reliable low-voltage operation. A remote and dimmer to adjust brightness are available as an optional add-on.

Indoor and Outdoor

Standard signs are made for indoor use. A sealed, weatherproof version is available for outdoor installations — choose the outdoor option when ordering.

What's Included

Your order includes the custom neon sign on its acrylic backing, a power supply and adapter, and mounting hardware with pre-drilled holes for easy installation. A dimmer and remote are included only if added as an option.

Production and Shipping

Each sign is made to order, with production in 6–8 business days plus 7–14 business days for delivery. Free worldwide shipping. Orders ship from our overseas production facility, and tracking is provided once your order ships.

Warranty, Returns, and Claims

Backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components under normal use (it doesn't cover physical damage, incorrect installation, or use of an incorrect power adapter). Because these are custom-made, they aren't returnable except for a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or our error — report shipping damage or a manufacturing defect within 48 hours of delivery, by emailing support@selegnasigns.com with your order number, a description, and photos. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. A physical street address is required; we don't ship to P.O. Boxes.
