How do I use my TheraBrush Deluxe Copper Body Brush? Use the brush dry on dry skin. Start at your feet and brush upward toward the heart in long, sweeping strokes. Follow the direction of blood and lymphatic flow for optimal benefits. Use the Copper Bristle side for exfoliation and detox, and the Massage Node side for deeper muscle and skin stimulation.

When should I use my TheraBrush? We recommend using the brush first thing in the morning to wake up the body and activate circulation. It’s also a great pre-treatment before a sauna session, shower, or detox bath, especially when paired with the Thera360 PLUS personal sauna.

How do I clean my brush? Fill a shallow dish with warm water, just enough to wet the bristles but not submerge the wood. Add a few drops of gentle soap (like Branch Basics) and swish the brush side to side to lather. Rinse in clean warm water the same way.

• Or gently dry with a hair dryer
• Avoid letting water sit on the wood for extended periods
