Linden Terrace, Fort Tryon Park, Park Bench, River Scene

I love this view of the New Jersey cliffs from Linden Terrace inside Fort Tryon Park in my neighborhood, Washington Heights. For this piece I was trying to capture the warmth of the lamp’s glow from just outside the frame, against the cooler and hazy atmosphere just beyond the wall.
